Which height do I need?
Every DACOS Omni kit comes in three configurations. Pick by the cases your lab runs most.
Light (35 mm)
For daily crowns, bridges, veneers and ortho models. Compact models use less resin and print faster.
- Magnet to magnet: 35 mm. Upper and lower model together: 40 mm.
Ultra (55 mm)
Full clearance for implant work, All-on-X, multiple analogs and surgical models.
- Magnet to magnet: 55 mm. Upper and lower model together: 65 mm.
Duo (35 + 55 mm)
Both heights in one box: Light for daily work, Ultra for complex cases. No upgrade later.

On your bench
Install once. From then on every case mounts on magnets, in minutes.
One-time installation
Fit the plates to your articulator once and print the TrueZero™ calibrator on your own printer.
Every case after that
Print the models with the ShieldBase™ geometry, glue the magnets, place them on the plates. No plaster.
Mount the UPPER Direct plate on its SAM interface, incisal pin at zero and locked.
Upper assembly upside down: seat the joined calibrator, then the LOWER plate.
Spread the plaster into the cavity on the back of the LOWER plate.
Close the articulator upside down and keep it still until the material has fully set.
Open it and take out the calibrator: the plates stay installed.

I've finally found a simple, effective system for printing models through the Model Creator module in Exocad, with a beautiful and extremely precise design. The models are lightweight and reduce resin consumption. They don't have bulky or outdated bases, and I don't have to change anything in my workflow — I can keep printing horizontally, with the added flexibility of managing the model base and the digital analogs. Those who know me know I've always been a bit skeptical about systems for repositioning 3D-printed models in an articulator. But Antonello designed this one differently, and it solves two key problems. The first is articulator calibration: thanks to the Gemini Calibrator, DACOS eliminates the level discrepancies caused by uncalibrated articulators. The second is the problem of having 3D-printing pins under the model: DACOS moves the anchoring level to a zone that doesn't interfere with the result or with seating the model on the articulator. It's one of the few systems on the market I really like.

DACOS Omni — a great ally for digital prosthetic production. In my production chain I find the DACOS Omni very useful, if not indispensable, for transferring from digital to analog — onto my physical articulator — the real spatial position of the dental arches that the clinician registered with the intraoral scanner. From that registered position I can start an accurate design of my restoration, one that is esthetic and, above all, functional. With this system, simply by using magnets glued into the dedicated recesses prepared in the 3D-printed models, the models anchor to the articulator, where I can check and finalize my prosthetic work at its best — with no model adaptations and no plaster.

Which SAM models does it fit?
SAM articulators: the SAM 3, the SAM 2 and its current versions SAM 2P and SAM 2PX, the SAM SE and the SAM NEO are confirmed. The kit includes a SAM knob that replaces the original bolt of your articulator.
Light, Ultra or Duo?
Light (35 mm) suits daily crowns, bridges, veneers and ortho models and keeps models compact. Ultra (55 mm) gives full clearance for implant analogs, All-on-X and surgical models. Duo puts both heights in one box.
What is in the box?
An upper plate, an Omni Pivot Base and SAM knobs per height, two Omni GlueJet™ tools and GripMag™ 50. The TrueZero™ calibrator file and the CAD libraries download from the DACOS Hub.
What else do I need?

What does TrueZero™ calibration do?
You print the TrueZero™ calibrator once on your own printer and resin. It tunes the fit of the printed models to your setup, so the pin returns to zero on your bench.
What if the pin does not return to zero?
Open a TrueZero™ Verification case and we work through it with you. Damaged, defective or wrong items: write to us within 7 days of delivery.
How fast does it ship?
